Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Wanderers Homestay in Kalpa was truly memorable, offering a blend of comfort and authenticity that resonates deeply with my passion for travel and wildlife conservation. The mountain-facing rooms provided breathtaking views of the majestic Kinner Kailash, which served as a daily reminder of Africa's own stunning landscapes. I traveled with a few fellow conservationists, and we were delighted by the hospitable atmosphere created by our host, Sudhanshu Negi. His extensive knowledge of the local culture enriched our experience, making it feel like we were genuinely immersed in the heritage of this beautiful region. The home-cooked breakfasts were outstanding, showcasing the simple yet delicious flavors of the area while ensuring we were fueled for our adventures. The homestay's amenities, including free Wi-Fi and room service, added to our convenience, allowing us to relax after a day of exploration in this breathtaking part of Himachal Pradesh. The free private parking also made traveling with a group much easier. Wanderers Homestay is a gem for anyone looking to discover the charm of Kinnaur while enjoying personalized service and an enriching cultural experience. Highly recommended for those with a spirit of adventure and a love for nature!
